About the VPS African-Australian Network
Kết quả xổ số miền bắc chủ nhậtThe Victorian Public Service (VPS) African-Australian Network (AAN) is a staff-led initiative. It is committed to:
- supporting employees of African descent
- advocating for and contributing to the development of inclusive and equitable policies and practices that improve workforce participation and outcomes for employees of African descent
The establishment of the network aligns with the Victorian State Government’s commitment and long-term vision for an inclusive and equitable society, including the development of workplaces that value diversity and inclusion.
The Network Council
The network is led by an elected council, supported by the Victorian Public Service Commission (VPSC), executive leadership of state government departments and agencies, human resource departments and Champions.
The council is the core decision-making body for the network. It manages the business of the network on behalf of members. The council consists of 9 elected members, including:
- The Chairperson
- Deputy Chairperson
- Secretary
- Deputy Secretary
- Treasurer
- Communications and marketing Officer
- Events Coordinator
- Education Officer
- Membership Officer

How can I get involved?
Kết quả xổ số miền bắc chủ nhậtMembership is free and open to all Victorian Public Service employees who are of African heritage/decent.
Employees across the VPS who are not of African heritage/decent but identify with, and want to contribute to the objectives of the network, can become an associate member.
